ounces Dillon’s Rhubarb Gin

3/4

ounce simple syrup

3

dashes Dillon’s Fennel Bitters

3/4

ounce fresh lemon juice

Rhubarb curl and fennel frond, for garnish

How to prepare

Step 1
Add the ingredients to your cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 15-20 seconds.
Step 2
Add ice and shake again for another 15-20 seconds.
Step 3
Strain into a stemmed glass & garnish with rhubarb curl and fennel frond.
Step 4
Enjoy!
